These are questions that people often ask about Tonic Life Products and about how to become a distributor

1. Are these the real products from Mexico?
Yes, the products are made in Irapuato Mexico, where Tonic Life has its main laboratory. In early 2015, the company began to manufacture some of the BP capsules in the US.

2. Do the products really work?
We have lots of testimonies from people that have lost weight for good. More and more people are learning about the products through friends or family. Tonic Life doesn’t advertise but relies on word of mouth and testimonies to grow its customer base. If you are not quite sure if these products are for you, consider buying a 10-day treatment. You can try the products first and then decide if you like how they work for you.

3. Where can you ship to?
We ship to all states in the continental US. We have shipped to: Los Angeles, Oxnard, Sylmar, Long Beach, Downey, Arleta, Riverside, Bakersfield, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Santa Paula, Simi Valley, Port Hueneme, Thousand Oaks, Vista, San Jose, Merced, Palm Springs and other cities in California. We have also shipped to cities in Arizona, Texas, Washington, Illinois, Colorado, Georgia, New York, New Jersey and several other states in the US.

We have also had customers from the Los Angeles area pick up the products themselves in Bell Gardens, Oxnard, Glendale, Wilmington.

4. What are the Shipping Charges?

We ship to most of the world, shipping charges vary by location.
Shipping is free whithin the USA
International Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout.

5. How long before I get my order?
We ship within 24 hours of your order being placed. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. This takes about 2-3 business days for delivery within California and 4-5 business days to the rest of the Continental US. International delivery varies according to Country. On average 2 weeks.

6. Is there a store front where I can pick up the products?
We don’t have a storefront, we offer the Tonic Life products via the Internet. In some cases, we can point you to distributors in your area, just call us to check if that option is available to you, depending on where you live. We’re working on making this info available over the web, but in the mean time, just give us a call, we’ll let you know.

7. Do you offer discounts?

8. How can I become a distributor?
In the US, you pay a $50 registration fee plus $7 shipping. This includes 1 product, plus a catalog and a bag with the Tonic Life logo. There are additional packages that include more products at an additional cost. Please give us a call at (805) 419-3553, so we can help you become a distributor.

9. What are the advantages of becoming a distributor?

You get distributor pricing and if you sell above a certain amount you receive commission checks from the company.

10. How do people in Mexico get their Tonic Life products?
Tonic Life products were initially sold in pharmacies in Mexico. The company changed its distribution model to network marketing, while opening multiple distribution centers in various states in Mexico. In 2010, the company expanded operations to the US. Both in Mexico and in the US, Tonic Life authorized distributors sell the product in person o via the Internet.

11. What kind of training is available to distributors?
As a Tonic Life authorized distributor, you get a Distributor Manual (in Spanish) plus other materials that will help you learn about the products and the compensation program. The instructor led training takes place in various cities in Mexico, but not in the US.

12. Do I have to purchase a minimum amount per month to get distributor discounts?
No, to maintain your membership active you only need to make a purchase once a year. If you don’t purchase anything in a year, your membership is deactivated by the company. You can reactivate it by paying a nominal fee.

13. Do you have a catalog in English?
No. Only in Spanish.
